A useful recommendation
Ready to pack. Easy to return.
Clients receive clean, sanitized 27-gallon totes with fitted lids and labels. Choose 10 to 50 totes for one to four weeks; a moving dolly is optional at $20 for the rental period.
ToteBuddy delivers the empty totes and picks them up after use. Clients arrange packing, transport of their belongings, and any storage they need.
A simple handoff
You make the introduction. We help with the rental.
- Share the plan. Send your client this page or our rental pricing. If you are coordinating a rental or gift, contact us with the tote quantity, preferred dates, and delivery and pickup locations.
- Confirm the details. We review availability, addresses, access instructions, and who will coordinate the rental. A personal request does not reserve totes or collect payment.
- Book the rental. Clients ready to book can check available dates and pay through Book Now. For earlier dates, gifts, or other arrangements, use Build My Booking Request for personal help.
- Pack, move, and unpack. We deliver the totes at the confirmed address and collect them empty at the confirmed pickup address. The two addresses can differ, subject to coverage and access.
Clear rental options

Two-week rental examples:
- 10 totes — $89: a starting point for a focused room or smaller pack.
- 30 totes — $129: more room to organize belongings by room.
- 40 totes — $159: additional packing space for a larger move.
The right quantity depends on the client's belongings. Prices exclude sales tax, any delivery fee, and the optional dolly.

Delivery and pickup are free when both verified addresses are in Seminole County, including Lake Mary, Sanford, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Winter Springs, and Oviedo.
When either address is in Orange, Volusia, Lake, or Osceola County, one $35 fee covers the rental's delivery and pickup. Book Now requires both addresses in these five counties and within 60 driving miles of our Lake Mary dispatch location. Other moves require personal review.

Can clients use totes before listing photos?
Yes. A rental can cover sorting and packing before photos or showings. The client arranges a suitable place to keep the packed totes; ToteBuddy does not transport or store their belongings.
Can I coordinate or pay for my client's rental?
Contact us before booking to discuss the client, dates, payment, and delivery arrangements. We will help confirm the details before a rental is booked.
How much notice should we plan for?
For Book Now, the 48-hour notice clock starts at 8 AM on the next business day after checkout. Available two-hour delivery and pickup windows run between 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern. For earlier dates or an uncertain closing timeline, send a booking request for personal review.
What if closing or moving dates change?
Contact us as soon as you know. Changes and extensions depend on availability and may affect the price. Review the rental terms before booking; a date change is not automatic.
